  LCHTECH ELECTRONICS, CORP is a fabless semiconductor company. We have a strong mixed-signal IC design team. All designers are well educated and acquired a Master or Ph. D. degree from US valued universities. Most designers have more than ten years’ design experiences and have successfully lead several projects going to production.

  LCHTECH is developing a family of PLL ICs, which can be used in Crystal oscillators and RF PLL synthesizer products. Crystal oscillators, from a lower frequency fundamental crystal, generate a low-jitter high frequency output clock as clock references for high-speed serial data applications such as Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, SAS/SATA, SONET, XAUI, InfiniBand, and PCI Express. Crystal oscillators, using an inexpensive low frequency crystal, provides a cost-effective clock source for most electronic systems.

   RF PLL frequency synthesizers has wide application in wired or wireless communication system (GSM, PCS, DCS, CDMA, WCDMA) as local oscillator for upconversion and downcon-version sections in wireless system, like base station for wireless radio, cordless phone, wireless LANS, set-top box in CATV, etc. LCHTECH develop different frequency range of synthesizers from several hundred megahertz up to 10GHz for different applications.
